Design Concept

The goal of this project is to create a Universally Designed bungalow located in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania for the Kindel family, who specifically need their space to be able to age-in-place with their mother. By creating an ADA-compliant space that draws inspiration from the historic French Eclectic architectural style, accessibility, sustainability, and usability will be emphasized and paired with a timeless design that features warm neutrals and blue accents throughout.
